Kaya has entered the world of solid foods! Last week she had her first taste of avocado, and she ate it like a pro. It's so funny how babies know just what to do. It's like she's been eating forever.

Before eating, can you feel the anticipation?

Hmmmm, this does not taste like milk, but I like to put things in my mouth, so I'll go with it.

Woah, I'm messy, my belly is full, that was so cool!

Kaya has since had some sweet potato, pears are next, and then some homemade rice cereal after she turns 6 months old. When did my baby get so big?
